When will my order ship?
Orders (When in stock) typically take 3-5 business days, with TYPICALLY being the operative word. There are exceptions depending on whether or not you've placed an order on weekends and holidays.
If USPS returns me package to Cache´©, then what?
If your package is returned to Cache´©, your order will be cancelled and money refunded. It typically takes 7-12 business days for the return of funds to show up in your account once you’re package has been received. Please note, if your USPS tracking says your package is being returned, it may take 2-4 weeks for your package to be received at Cache´©.
Why Isn’t My Promo Code Working?
Generally, its best to copy and paste promo codes right into the promo code box. Codes can not be combined so be sure that you've only copied and pasted ONE code each time. Keep in mind that promo codes can only be used as followed so make certain to read all the instructions and fine print. My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
We are all human, and sometimes USPS gets as excited as you do and posts delivery too early. if your item(s) show delivered via the USPS tracking page, but you haven't actually received the package, be patient!!! it's coming .... also, be sure to check with your neighbors in the surrounding area to make certain that they haven't been trying to surprise you with your item(s) and a nice bottle of wine☺. If theres no sign of your package after that, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to get down to the bottom of it.
Are your products non gmo?
Hmm? I don't think this'll be a problem as long as you don't eat them, but yes they are.

What is the shelf life of your matte "liquid love" lipsticks?
Though love lasts forever, unfortunately our products do not. But the good news is that they last longer than Iggy Azelia's 15 minutes of fame. So 12 months max☺
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the USA, but hold on to your seats because we are working on becoming an international brand ☺
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping within the United States is $4.99 flat rate. Orders over $40 being shipped within the US are eligible for free shipping. These rates are directly from the USPS.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold online a www.cacheappeal.com and Spark Era thrift, located at 225 North Wood Ave, Linden Nj 07036 suite 9. we currently do not wholesale so our products are not intended for resale.
Why is Cache´pronounced Cash?
Because c a c h e is far more appealing than sh... and who doesn't love accent marks?
How did we wake up?
We place our Cache´ Queens and Kings above all others. With that being said, it is our duty to see to it that all purchases are to your satisfaction. So if something has been bruised, bumped, shattered or scared (a Cach Appæl item that it), we will exchange it for the same item within 2 weeks of the order date. To keep our prices generally low, we can not refund, exchange, or accept returns for any other reasons.

Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind 🙁 Replacement items can only be replaced with the originally purchased item.

SECTION 4 - Cache´Appæl™
Our store is hosted on Squarespace inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
